THE ONE PERSON U NO U LOVE WIT ALL UR HEART

proud auntie

hey,
so most people have that one person that u no u love so much that u couldn't possibly love n e more. boyfriends, or husbands, or kids...... mine is my little niece faith.
she's beautiful and completely brainy. but hey, that's what u get when ur auntie is practically a genious. lol.
i taught her her colors.bthe way i did it was i would get out her blocks (she loved playing blocks, but only wit auntie samie) and i would dump them on the floor. i said ok bubbas (i call her bubbas) we're gonna build a pink house (or any other color.) i would then pick up a pink block and tell her to get all the pink ones. we would build a house 2 gether.
she was 2 at the time.
she loved it when auntie name with held would make windows for the little lego pple 2 look through. she caught on and nailed them down in about a month and she didn't even know she was learning. i never played anything with her unless i was teaching her something.
they live in VA btw so they're far away, but i visit there.
so one day im on the phone wit Carissa (her momma) and she cals Faith. she's about 2 and a half. carissa says "Auntie's on the phone."
now faith has her own nicknames for us. auntie Amanda is aunties, auntie T is auntie, and ur about 2 find out wat mine is. Aunti ashleys is just auntie ashley
she goes "Who?"
carissa went "Auntie name with held"
she went "My friend?"
that just filled me with joy. she wrote her name all by herself around this time so i had some of her pictures that she drew with her signature on them. they're adorable.

so we went about a year with out seeing them. faith is now 3 and we went to New Jersey to visit our family out there. now faith's reading. *gasp* *sucks in jagged breath*
tears rolled down my face when she started reading 2 me. it's like, my baby girl's growing up.
carissa runs a babysitting service and so she had these 5 year old twins. mind u fait is 2 at this time, she's teaching them stuff! yeah! un frieken believable.

just peachy... HOW DO U THINK!

hey journal,
so don't u think that my parents would no 2 leav me alone right?
wrong!
it's like, they're talking to me and im not responding and they keep trying to get my attention. thats like, dude, i don't want to talk 2 anyone, i'm tired of putting on a smile for ya'll.
its not helping me if they keep getting me to talk to them.... whatever.doesn't really matter.
like this morning... or afternoon... my morning.... i sleep during the day. actually i barely sleep much. i mean i've stayed up for a week strait once and didn't feel tired untill the fourth day.
i barely slept after danny was born. i had one wonderful dream that the nurse said "I'm sorry and walked out, but then dj started moving his little arms up and down and then his eyes fluttered open and he had crystal blue eyes just like his daddy. we all cried and held him and i put his binki that i bought for him in his mouth.
(now i keep that binki on a chain with my niece faith's first binki. i figured i'd make a habit of it. you know all of the grandchildrens first binkis on a necklace.)
he kept looking at all of us and smiling, then the nurses cme to take him to the nursery to do tests on him. i kissed him and jolted bup in my bed with tears streaming down my face. i didn't want to sleep after that so i stayed up for a week til i crashed. i just kept staying up as long as i could so that i had no hope of dreaming.
it worked and i did it for the first 3 months.
